Program Name: StratoPay Carrier Onboarding Notifications


1. Program Description

Strato Pay LLC ("StratoPay," "we," "us," or "our") sends transactional SMS notifications to freight carriers who explicitly opt in during the StratoPay carrier onboarding process. Messages are limited to specific account events and are not used for marketing or promotional purposes.


2. How You Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS messages from StratoPay by checking the SMS consent box during the onboarding application initiated by a StratoPay sales representative. The consent checkbox is unchecked by default and reads:

The onboarding application cannot be submitted without checking this box. No SMS messages are sent prior to this affirmative opt-in.


3. Types of Messages You Will Receive

Once you have opted in, you may receive SMS messages triggered by these specific account events:

  1. Onboarding link — sent when a StratoPay sales representative initiates your application.
  2. DocuSign notifications — when your factoring agreement is ready for signature or has been completed.
  3. Account activation — when your carrier account is approved and active.

Sample Messages

  • "StratoPay: Hi [Name], your carrier onboarding link is ready. Complete your application here: https://apply.stratopay.com/onboard/abc123. Reply STOP to opt out."
  • "StratoPay: Your StratoPay Factoring Agreement is ready to sign. Check your email for the DocuSign link. Questions? Call 1-877-401-7636. Reply STOP to opt out."
  • "StratoPay: Your factoring agreement is signed and complete. Your account will be activated within 1 business day. Welcome aboard! Reply STOP to opt out."

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the pace of your onboarding, typically 2–5 messages per onboarding. No recurring marketing or promotional messages are sent.


5. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. StratoPay does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard rates based on your plan.


6. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS communications. To opt back in, reply START or contact StratoPay support.

8. Supported Carriers

AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, and other major US mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


9. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use Twilio as our SMS service provider. Twilio processes message delivery on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy and data security obligations.

10. Eligibility

This SMS program is available to authorized carrier representatives engaged in the StratoPay onboarding process within the United States.


11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date at the top.
